DISC is not a way of labelling us or putting us in a box.
This human behavior model helps us improve our communication, get better results , improve our productivity and reduce our stress.
It assists us in becoming aware of the different opportunities.
Those that are wired with “D” strengths and growth opportunities are the task focused and outgoing members of your family, group or team. They are not only goal setters but goal getters.
They make decisions easily, are driven to get there and want to be there yesterday!
Who in your world do you think exhibits this personality style?
Each style has a different path to get to the same place.

You may be familiar with it. It that suggests we set goals that are:
If we zero in today on the A & R, consider that what we see right now as “achievable” and “realistic” is what fits nicely into our belief system and beliefs drive our beahavior.
Limitations at current vantage points can cause us to write off what is achievable and realistic.
For example, up til recently I wouldn’t have thought that a space elevator was achievable or realistic but am now aware that a Japanese company is underway on getting this goal.
With coaching we can lift the lid on our limitations which in turn will impact our leadership influence and goal getting.
